yeah cats are really cool, I love them too. I am acctually getting one from my local animal shelter in a couple of weeks, yay. I miss not having one around & have asked my dog if she wouldnt mind! lol, she loves cats, thinks they are funny! I need to think of a realy cool name for it, I'm thinking Buddah, but may change my mind once I get the cat!

Have found another animal.....Raven. Is there any significants to having a Raven?
I don't know that I like the bird itself...don't know much about them, but love their sound. It is actually beautiful to me to hear one outside of my window. I haven't heard him for a while....hmmm...wonder why. He usually sings to me while I walk my dog...which is my favorite animal for a pet and companion. I don't know where he has been. Will have to search and see if I can find him.

Blessings,

buddha thats a funny name Laughing you should probley wait till you get it and see what you feel like.
Ravens are cool huh. there is heaps outside my house. I think there the nicest looking native bird. there really quite solitary. they can tell from were your looking. they have good instincts like most creatures from nature. cats are the best at sensing If something is looking at them.

I have a beautiful old dog that was diagnosed with cancer 3 years ago - they said then that he would only live a year or so, maybe 18 months. We initially did chemo but then I decided that I would ask the universe to care for him. I took him off the hard drugs and he takes vitamins and tonics from an holistic practitioner - he is still here 3 years later. The vet now uses his story for other owners who's dogs are diagnosed with cancer.

I still ask the universe to keep him safe and well for me and I am so very thankful that he is still with me. He will be 12 in June next year and he chose me when he was about 5 weeks old. Funnily enough, not one other pup would come near me when we went to choose a puppy.

I also have a facination for the big cats - all of them. They are the most beautiful creatures.

But my heart lies with the canines - from Wolves to our domestic dogs.

My favourite animals are probably macropods (kangaroos and wallabies), storks and herons, birds of paradise, and pheasants like the himalayan monal...

But none of those are my primary totem. Heh. My primary totem isn't one of my 'favourite' animals, but is certainly an animal I respect very much!
